Klick the startbutton, or press the corresponding key on the keyboard to open up the menu. Next open up the system settings. Go to the regional settings and modify the language on the right hand side.
After choosing a new display language you’ll have to log out of your user session and log back in, in order to apply the new settings.
You may also consider to change other settings, like the currency format and, or the measurements.
